Prof. Kanika K. Ahuja is the Principal of Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi, and a Professor in its Department of Psychology. A gold medalist from Lady Shri Ram College with a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Delhi with JRF, she has over 24 years of teaching, research, and professional experience. Her current areas of interest are Industrial/Organizational psychology, with a focus on gender issues, diversity and inclusion, psychometry, and psychology of relationships. She has published about forty articles in leading journals such as Current Psychology, Vikalpa, Sage Open, International Journal of Social Psychiatry, Family Relations, Journal of Homosexuality, Psychological Studies, among others. She has authored a book “In search of Indianness: Cultures of multinationals” (2009) and co-edited a book titled “The Child in the new millennium” (2002). She has written two course texts for B.A. (Psychology) and one course text for M.A. (Psychology), Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). She has presented several papers and key note addresses in both national and international conferences. She conducts workshops for parents, teachers and students in leading schools in the country, as also soft skill training and psychometric projects for corporates. She has conducted workshops for employment exchange officers at IIFT, Ministry of Labour, Cabinet Secretariat, leadership lab course for MBA students at Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, recruitment for IOC and worked as an advisor for Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC). She has developed psychometric tests for aptitude testing of students for career counseling, tests to determine credit worthiness for CRIF, a credit bureau firm, developed a job aptitude test for Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana for ICA Eduskills, patient adherence test for JIVA Pharmacy, and an AI based adaptive learning tool used in schools, for Kaidoko Automation Solutions. She has done research projects on conflict resolution and peace building in Kashmir, creating sustainable global partnerships in higher education, gender gap in mathematics, body image, and enhancing self-esteem among young school girls. She has developed e-content and video content on Criminal Psychology, for The Centre for Criminology and Victimology, NLU Delhi under UGC e-PG Pathshala Project. She has been associated with the journal since its inception and has had a huge hand in its growth and success.

Dr. Megha Dhillon
Dr. Megha Dhillon is currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi. Her research focuses on topics such as Body Image, Social Psychology, Health Psychology, and Youth Psychology. She has contributed to the field through numerous research publications and has led multiple research initiatives. Since 2018, she has been collaborating with the University of West England on the project "Dove Confident Me," which examines factors influencing body image and self-esteem among young people. Dr. Dhillon has also presented significant papers, including "Unearthing the Links between Climate Change and Mental Health" at the World Environment Summit, organized by the Environment and Social Development Association. Previously, she mentored the Research Circle at LSR, where she fostered critical thinking and supported students in conducting independent research. Additionally, she has conducted various workshops, seminars, and webinars on topics such as research methodologies, mental health awareness, and social justice advocacy.

Dr. Sentisungla Longchar is an experienced academic and researcher specializing in clinical psychology. She holds an M.Phil. in Medical and Social Psychology from the Central Institute of Psychiatry, Ranchi, a Master's (Specialization in Clinical Psychology) from the University of Delhi, and has completed her PhD, focusing on the social brain in autism. Dr. Longchar's research interests include psychopathology, psychotherapy, autism, conflict, and trauma. Her work has been widely published in respected journals and presented at national and international conferences. Some of her notable research includes studies on verbal memory and psychopathology in schizophrenia, as well as the role of the amygdala in emotion recognition among children with autism.
