ABOUT THE JOURNAL
The Learning Curve is the National Journal of the Department of Psychology, Lady Shri Ram College for Women. It is a peer-reviewed, annual academic journal accredited with an International Standard Serial Number (ISSN 2321-7057).
Established in 2012, the journal comprises a reputed editorial advisory board as well as expert reviewers. In the past, the journal has received papers from researchers within and outside India, who have varying professional backgrounds but a shared zeal for research.
The Learning Curve encourages submissions of papers reporting experimental, theoretical, and applied studies using quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods approaches. The journal also welcomes systematic reviews and meta-analyses. At present, the journal has published 13 volumes.

The themes that are covered within the scope of the journal are conceptual, theoretical, and empirical investigations pertaining to any of the themes including Applied psychology, Psychological assessment and Intervention, Organizational Stress and coping, Neuropsychology, Positive psychology, Sports and health, Stress and Well Being, Emotions, cognition, and Health; Changing face of relationships; Spirituality; Addiction; Trauma and resilience; Psychology and its interdisciplinary ties. Furthermore, papers authored on COVID-19 Pandemic and its Psycho-social consequences; Social Psychology; Community Psychology; Human Resource Management; Gender; Developmental Psychology; Cultural Psychology; and Environmental Psychology are spaced in the journal.
The field of psychology with its basic and applied orientation penetrates every sphere of life. The Learning Curve aims to provide a dynamic platform for researchers to present their research work that brings out a novel and significant perspective of looking at psychological issues and concerns. The journal hopes that the papers in the journal will take the field of psychology in unexplored directions and uncharted territories.
